Welcome to K9 Designs Grooming School premiere dog grooming school of the South.  K9 Designs is located on Allen Road in Gulfport, MS.

It is owned and operated by award winning and well respected, Wanda Dewberry.  She is a National Certified Master Groomer with NDGAA, National Dog Groomers Association of America.
Wanda has 35 years of professional experience.  Her journey began in 1974 at the Florida School of Grooming.  Wanda began competing in 1978 winning numerous competitions including  three
 Best of Shows!

In 1996 Wanda retired from the competition circuit.  At that time she began judging grooming competitions and teaching at
National Grooming Trade Shows.

Kenic Pet Products, which  are manufactured by Glo-Marr Products, Inc. are her products of choice and she remains the spokeswoman for their products today.

In 2006 , the David G Salzberg Cardinal Crystal Grooming Award was bestowed upon her.  In the pet industry this is the equivalent of the Academy Awards.  Her outstanding contribution  to the Gulf Coast groomers and kennel owners during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina brought
her this recognition.

Wanda specializes in Poodles and Cocker Spaniels in the show ring.  She prides herself in the styling of all dogs, including rare breeds.  All are groomed to their correct and proper breed profile, as well as creating unique styles for the everyday pet.

Wanda's wisdom and attitude toward her profession make her a reliable, gentle-touch groomer and instuctor.  Over five-hundred students have graduated under the supervision of Wanda since 1990.

Due to the One-on-One training offered at K9 Designs, there are  a limited number of openings.
